Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During promotional periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within Canada
We currently offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): CAD $10
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): CAD $20
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over CAD $150 (before taxes and after discounts, if applicable).
Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we work with trusted shipping partners, unexpected delays may occasionally occur.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the packaging and the product so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Xerxes Athletic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
